In this 2 hour workshop, you'll

• Understand the importance of identifying your shared vision and values, so you’re not just reacting to behavior, but parenting from intention and alignment.

• Learn why presenting a united front, with consistency and "same team" vision creates safety for your kids.

• Gain skills to strengthen your communication under stress, so disagreements don’t turn into power struggles between you, and you can respond as a team.
