The Yell-Less Coaching Program

A LIVE 6-week Group Coaching Program

This group is for mamas with kids ages 3-12. It will help you gain the skills to navigate frustration and anger, start experiencing way less yelling in the house, and be more confident in your ability to know what to do next in those challenging moments with your kids. 


What you'll get:

→ 6 LIVE 1-hour teaching/group coaching calls paired with intentional action steps so that you can learn the new skills to create the pause you need to help you start yelling less and gaining the ability to stay calmer in those challenging moments.

→PDFs and worksheets to supplement the weekly lessons so that you can apply the new skills you are learning and apply them at home with your kids.

→ 1 45-minute 1x1 meeting so we can get to know each other and discuss your situation within the first two weeks of the program.

→ A community so you can have a group of like-minded mamas to support and walk alongside you, leaving you knowing you aren't alone. 

→ A final 1x1 coaching session with me to be used before the end of the program so that we can further reflect on what you've learned and how you can apply it to you and your unique family.
