Video 1

This video will discuss sibling rivalry and why it upset parents.

We'll identify three underlying reasons why sibling rivalry is triggering for parents

We'll talk about how, instead of trying to stop sibling rivalry, parents should focus on teaching their children important life skills such as expressing boundaries, problem-solving, and resilience.

Video 2

In this video, we'll discuss the concept of sibling rivalry and why it occurs.

I'll share why labeling can contribute to sibling rivalry, as one child may feel overshadowed or need to compete.

Additionally, why stepping in too quickly during sibling rivalry situations and take sides can create disconnection and further fuel the rivalry.

Video 3

We'll also explore the importance of seeing your kiddo's perspective and validating their emotions rather than dismissing them.

We'll discuss why creating one-on-one special time with kiddos fosters a sense of significance and belonging.

Why providing positive feedback and catching positive moments is also a very useful tool

And taking time for training, outside of the moment, to teach, guide, and even role-play ways to express themselves and solve problems together.

Meet Claire

Why am I so passionate about helping mamas understand their anger so they can begin to yell less and enjoy themselves and their kiddos more?

Because I don’t want anyone to stay stuck in the guilt and shame I lived in for so long as a mama.

I know this struggle of being overwhelmed wanting to stop feeling so frustrated and letting it out in unhealthy ways.

I struggled with feeling confident in my parenting decisions.
And I struggled with wondering how much I was messing up my kids because of it all.

After a reaching a breaking point in 2003, I knew something needed to change.
Fast-forward, I was able to change deep patterns of people-pleasing, isolating, and avoidance...
...along with learning how to say no, and how to start meeting my own needs!

I gained more confidence in myself as a woman, wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend than I ever thought possible.
I found I could enjoy my kiddos and being a mother again.

If this struggle feels familiar to you, mama, you’re not alone. I see you.
If you're ready to make this change for you and your family...
